You have questions and need answers.
Maybe you or someone you know needs help.
ACS is here for you.
We can provide you with real information, give you straight answers, and connect you to the resources you need.
At ACS, we know how difficult it can be to talk to adults. You need someone to talk to, but you’re tired of not being understood. You want someone to listen to you, but you fear you might not be heard. ACS counselors are trusted adults that will truly listen to what you have to say, work to understand your concerns and give you guidance around the issues that you are concerned with. Your conversations are confidential and will not be shared unless there is a safety risk.
If you are a student at any one of the following schools, our services through the On-Campus Counseling Program are completely free to you:
- Palo Alto High School
- Gunn High School
- Woodside High School
- Redwood High School
- JLS Middle School
- Jordan Middle School
- Terman Middle School
- La Entrada Middle School
ACS counselors are available on your school campus to help you with a wide range of issues, including communication with parents, conflict with friends, academic stress, relationships, depression and substance abuse. Contact the ACS office at your school.
