Heights Golf & Country Club on Saturday, April 14
(Palo Alto, CA) -- Adolescent Counseling Services (ACS) will host its
annual Spring Sounds Gala on Saturday, April 14 from 6:30 to 11:00 p.m.
at Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club in Menlo Park. The fundraising
gala, led by honorary chairs, Hal and Iris Korol, promises to be a terrific
evening of dinner and dancing, with entertainment provided by the Palo
Alto High School Jazz Band and the tones of the Reid Whatley Jazz Trio. Guests
will have a chance to bid on some fantastic silent and live auction items
including weekend getaways, fine jewelry and themed dinners.
This year’s Spring Sounds celebrates another year of ACS helping
teens in our community find their way. Executive Director, Philippe Rey,
is excited about strengthening and enlarging the scope of the agency as
the “go-to” place for Peninsula teens and families. “Growth
cannot be accomplished without the support of the community. As such,
ACS hopes to raise more than $100,000 in support of the agency’s
primary programs that provide counseling and substance abuse treatment
to teens,” stated Rey.
Honorary chairs, Hal and Iris Korol said, “ACS provides a wealth
of services for adolescents and their families and is an important resource
for our community. Having provided these services for over 30 years, it
is 'tried and true.. We are happy to support ACS and to celebrate its
accomplishments."
Tickets are $200 per person. Table hosting is available for groups of
8 – 10. For ticket and event information, please call (650) 424-0852,
ext. 103 or email giving@acs-teens.org.
