And yet, we all struggle with stress and the pressure to succeed. In this special presentation, Fred Luskin, Ph.D.,Stanford University faculty, professor and Health Promotion Services senior consultant; Donnovan Yisrael, M.A., Health Promotions Services Program Manager, Vaden Health Center, Stanford University; and Leah Weiss Ekstrom, M.A., Education Director of Compassion Education for CCARE (Stanford Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education) will offer an evening of enjoyable, fun and powerful practices that can help you lead happier, more fulfilled, and less stressful lives. Parents, students and community members welcome! Refreshments offered 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the PAC Lobby.
